A: Browse our collection of kitchen products, add your favourites to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
A: Yes. After placing your order, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email with your order details.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery takes 5–11 business days (free of charge), and express delivery takes 5–9 business days (£3.00).

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: At the moment, Dovails ships within the UK only.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes, you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.

Q: How do I request a refund?

A: Absolutely. All products sold by Dovails are 100% new, inspected, and carefully packaged before shipping.
